EXPAND & EDIT THE EXERCISE CONTENT
Pro Conditioning Professional™ allows you to expand and edit the exercise content to ensure it meets your ongoing needs.
Adding and modifying exercises is easy, here’s how -
1. CREATE A NEW EXERCISE, OR FIND AN EXERCISE TO EDIT

2. NAME AND CLASSIFY THE EXERCISE
Make selections from the drop down menus to classify the exercise. Check boxes to indicate the involvement of specific body parts, muscle groups and equipment

3. ADD OR EDIT THE EXERCISE DESCRIPTOR AND FREQUENCY INFORMATION
Enter the exercise descriptor in bullet point format, up to 60 words. Enter the recommended set, repetition and rest period information into the frequency fields.

4. ADD OR EDIT PICTURES, PHOTOS & VIDEO FILES

5. SAVE & CLOSE WHEN FINSIHED
The new exercise will now appear in the Exercise List and is ready to include in any routine you create.
